Postack Delivery operates a hyper-local dark-store and merchant dispatch network in Lusaka, Zambia. Our goal is to deliver fresh groceries, drinks, household cleaning products, and personal essentials to your door in an average of 20 to 45 minutes from the moment you place your order.
Every order is tracked live. From the moment items are packed to when the courier approaches your gate, you can monitor live status and courier GPS coordinates directly on the order details page.

Delivery fees are strictly transparent with zero hidden surcharges:
- Distance-Based Rates: Calculated automatically at checkout based on direct transit distance from the nearest fulfillment hub to your drop-off pin.
- Free Delivery Thresholds: Promotional free delivery applies to qualifying baskets as advertised during special platform campaigns.
- Multi-Store Consolidation: If your basket contains items from multiple supplier locations, Postack consolidates them into a single dispatch whenever possible to minimize delivery fees.
4. Gate Access & Receiving Your Order
To ensure rapid handover without delay:
- Keep Your Phone Reachable: The courier will call or send an in-app alert when approaching your location or security gate.
- Security Clearance: In gated complexes or residential estates, please advise security ahead of time or provide clearance codes in your order delivery notes.
- Proof of Delivery: For contactless drop-offs, the courier will confirm delivery with an in-app confirmation.
